Former home owners who have gone through a short sale, foreclosure, or bankruptcy a few years ago are coming back.  Many of these former home owners have saved up enough money for a down payment and cleaned up their credit as best they could.  These so-called "boomerang" buyers are expected to have a significant impact on housing markets over the next few years.
