Fernando G. Semiao, Broker-Owner, has been in the real Estate business for the past 20 years.  He acquired the office in October of 1995 and currently manages 2 offices; Lyndhurst and Kearny. 

In 1999, Fernando was designated a CENTURY 21® Certified Trainer.  Mr. Semiao currently serves as a Treasurer for the Meadowlands Board of REALTORS® and President of The Greater New Jersey's Broker's Council. He has served as Past President of The Meadowlands Board of REALTORS® and was REALTOR® of the Year in 2002. Rotary International presented him with The Paul L. Harris Fellowship Award in 2002 for his outstanding community service. Currently he serves as the Rutherford Rotary Club’s President.  In addition, Semiao is certified in Commercial Brokerage and Investment Analysis through CENTURY 21® Real Estate Corp. 

     The firm has always been a market leader and was ranked the number one listing and selling Company for 2005 & 2007-2009 in the South Bergen, West Hudson County market areas according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service data.  In addition to the high volume of successful transactions, CENTURY 21 Semiao & Associates has always been in the pursuit of quality service. With that goal in mind, the Lyndhurst office has been awarded the      CENTURY 21® Quality Service Award 9 times; in 1998, 1999, 2001 - 2007.  In addition the office has been honored with the CENTURY 21® Quality Service Pinnacle award for 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007.
