Bergen County New Jersey is a wonderful place to live. Just like the rest of the country, or shall I say most of the country, Bergen County has its areas that are doing "okay" and areas that are not.
At this time, I can say that, in my opinion, it is a great possibility that we will be having a good year, much better than 2011 in 2012.
Why, you ask. Well if you look at the number of homes sold year by year over the past 14 years, you will see that even before the boom in the real estate market in Bergen County, we had a healthy number of sales per year. Compared to this boom, there weren't that many more houses sold. the prices just went crazy.
