East Rutherford NJ Hall of Fame Mobile Museum

East Rutherford, NJ – June 9, 2015 – State Fair Meadowlands today announced that for the first time ever, it will host the New Jersey Hall of Fame Mobile Museum, a show-stopping mobile exhibit that has attracted upwards of 200,000 visitors since its launch in June of 2013, visiting various schools and community events throughout the state.

Step up and witness nearly 1,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, including a denim jacket belonging to Jon Bon Jovi, a Les Paul guitar, a Thomas Edison incandescent lightbulb and a journal that belonged to Bruce Springsteen. The journal is an interactive replica that allows museum visitors to turn pages and see Bruce’s handwritten lyrics to Jungleland, Born to Run and other songs.
New Jersey Hall of Fame honors citizens who have made invaluable contributions to society and the world beyond. Since 2008, some 80 notable people from 15 fields have been inducted, including: Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Jack Nicholson, Susan Sarandon, Toni Morrison, Thomas Edison, Frankie Valli, General Norman Schwarzkopf, Tony Bennett, Queen Latifah, Carl Lewis, Yogi Berra and many more.
State Fair Meadowlands is the largest fair in the New York metro area with over 150 rides and attractions. It runs from June 19 through July 5 at the State Fair Meadowlands Fairgrounds, next to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
