The FULL WORM MOON
The March full moon will appear on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 8:01 a.m. It is called the “Full Worm Moon.” According to the Farmer’s Almanac, as the temperature begins to warm and the ground begins to thaw, earthworm casts appear, heralding the return of the robins.
